Neltharus is a Dragonflight dungeon inside the Obsidian Citadel, in the Waking Shores on the Dragon Isles. It’s a raw gold farm: a solo full clear of the trash and bosses drops a good amount of gold, with a few materials on top.
A full clear takes about 7 minutes solo on a max-level character, and you don’t need any professions, so any character can run it.

Take the Valdrakken portal from your capital city's portal room, then fly to the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores. The entrance is at the base of the citadel's keep.
